Ari and I just loved the flower anklets and headbands that Moana wears at times in the Disney movie so I decided to make a simplified version for Ari and her friends to make and wear at her birthday party.

Here is what I prepared...

A whole basketful of flowers.

Anklet bands with velcro spots and velcro clasp plus velcro backs on the flowers.

Nine sets of everything was a lot of flowers to make but lucky for me I could use my circle cutter to make this part easy and then it was just a matter of sewing the flowers together.

All the girls needed to do was place the flowers onto the velcro spots and they were done.
